How Credits Work

1. Each comment generation uses 1 credit
2. Refinements are free (don't use credits)
3. Credits never expire
4. Credits stack with your free allocation

Purchasing Credits

1. Click the usage indicator (top right) or go to Pricing
2. Click "Buy Credits"
3. Select your pack size
4. Complete payment
5. Credits added instantly

Checking Your Balance

Your credit balance shows in the usage indicator at the top of the page.

Adding Students for Schools

Schools on a licence can add more student capacity at any time by purchasing additional blocks of 100 students.

When to Add Students

• Approaching your student limit
• Unexpected enrolment growth
• Mid-semester intake

How to Add

1. School admin navigates to the Pricing page
2. Adjust the student slider to your new total
3. Purchase the additional blocks
4. Student quota increases immediately

Usage Tracking

For Individuals

Your dashboard shows:

• Credits remaining
• Credits used this semester
• Upgrade prompt when running low

For Schools

Admin dashboard shows:

• Students tracked vs. quota
• Comment generations across all teachers
• Usage trends over time

Automatic Notifications

ReportRocket notifies you when:

• Individual: 80% of free credits used
• School: 80% of student quota reached
• Approaching expiry: 14 days before licence expires
