Creating Your Account

Sign up at reportrocket.com.au with your email address and a password. A school email address works best, as it helps colleagues find you and is required to start a school trial.

Verifying Your Email

After signing up, ReportRocket sends a verification email. Click the link inside it to confirm your address. You cannot sign in until your email is verified, so check your junk or spam folder if it has not arrived within a few minutes.

The Setup Wizard

The first time you sign in, a short Setup Wizard walks you through three steps:

Choose your role — tell ReportRocket whether you write reports, review them, or both.
School name — if you have not joined a school yet, enter your school name so colleagues can find you later.
Confirmation — review your choices and finish setup.

Choosing Your Role

Teacher — you generate and edit report comments for your own classes.
Reviewer — you can be assigned Review Packs from colleagues and give feedback.
Teacher and Reviewer — most teachers choose both.
Admin only — for staff who manage the school but do not write reports themselves.

You can change your role at any time, so pick what fits you today.

Your Free Comments

Every new account includes a 10-comment trial, so you can try ReportRocket before paying anything. It is a one-time trial and does not reset when a new semester starts.

Early access ended on 1 August 2026. It gave accounts created before that date a 100-comment allowance, and those accounts no longer receive a free allowance, so carrying on means Teacher Pro or a credit pack.

Changing Your Details Later

Open the profile menu from your avatar in the top right corner to edit your name, manage your school membership, or replay the guided tour. Your role and school details are never locked in during setup.
